Whistleblowing and Reporting

The management of MI.VA. S.r.l. promotes open communication and direct dialogue with its employees, external partners, and customers.
The company also ensures the possibility of submitting anonymous reports of any nature.

MI.VA. S.r.l. has adopted a specific Whistleblowing Procedure for handling reports concerning alleged violations of the Code of Ethics, company procedures, or applicable laws and regulations.

Reports may include, but are not limited to:

  • Unlawful conduct or behavior that does not comply with company procedures;
  • Environmental violations;
  • Health and safety violations;
  • Administrative, accounting, tax, or management irregularities;
  • Discriminatory, retaliatory, or conduct contrary to the company’s principles;
  • Violations of the Code of Ethics.

The company guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person, the reported person, and any individuals involved, and therefore prohibits any form of retaliation against anyone who submits a report in good faith.

These reports are intended to serve as a valuable resource for identifying and addressing any potential shortcomings.
